Managing Partner

Amit Tyagi is the Managing Partner at Aadhya Legal and has close to two decades of experience. At the Firm, Amit specialises in Dispute Resolution, Employment Laws, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Telecommunication, Project Finance and Infrastructure. He has extensively appeared and argued before Hon’ble Supreme Court, multitude of High Courts, Tribunal, Commissions and before various Judicial & Quasi-Judicial Forums all across India. Amit is highly recommended by his clients for his in-depth knowledge, understanding of law and extensive experience. He offers cost-effective and pragmatic solutions to all his Clients.

Amit started his career with D.P Gupta and Co. and went on to becoming a Partner at AVA Law Associates. After a stint of 15 years, Amit founded Aadhya Legal. Despite his busy schedule, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the legal fraternity. He is an avid reader and a profound speaker and has spoken at various Conferences and Seminars.

Amit has represented various Clients. Some of his select clientele includes Competition Commission of India, Employees Provident Fund Organisation, NHPC on both advisory and litigation side, Part of the Panel for Union of India, Interglobe – Group of Companies, Zydus Cadilla, Haier Appliances, Sapient Consulting Pvt Ltd., DB Schenker amongst many others.
